I would love to try to build some good habits! I have been trying to get started in 3 different areas, and haven’t had success in any. Maybe I need to just pick one? Where would you suggest I start? I need to develop an exercise program, a meditation practice, and getting back into making art. I would love to participate in Habitbuilders. Please send me the qualifying information.
