I would like to encourage you to share your favorite apps and tools you use to keep yourself focused, organized, on time, on task and feeling good. I’m asking because I like hearing what is working for you. And, of course, I want to learn about apps I may have not taken for a test-drive yet. I am also asking you because I would like to share what works and why or how it works for you so I can share the information with the community. If it’s working for you, there’s bound to be someone else for whom it will work.

For example, I use an app called Voxer. Voxer is a live messaging application that brings push-to-talk technology to smartphones. The way I use it is to leave voice messages to clients and to send voice notes to myself. I like Voxer because I can listen to both my recordings sent to clients and myself. If I happen to say something I think is especially useful or well said, I can transcribe the audio (nothing client sensitive of course) and use it for my writing or radio projects.

What’s one (or two, or three) of your go to apps?
