You’d be surprised how much you can get done by getting up an hour or two earlier every (week) day. A lot of people complain about not having enough hours in the day to get everything done, but that’s often just an excuse. Being more organized overall can help, but so can getting up earlier in the morning. That extra 60 minutes can make a huge difference because you’re less likely to be disturbed or distracted. I know. It’s hard enough to get up now. And I’m telling you to get up an extra HOUR earlier? However, it does work. Just try it.
And if you really want to get up earlier in the morning, then put some of your hard-earned cash on the line and get a couple of people to act as referees to keep you honest about it.
