It’s fascinating to me how universal it is to feel like whatever you do it is not good enough. If you’re like many of my clients you have a relentless feeling that you should have done more, faster and with better results.
Worse still is how detrimental this mindset is on your future performance and success. The more you find your efforts lacking the more difficult it will be for you to take your next steps. I promise you, if you don’t learn to properly evaluate and reflect on your efforts you will, sooner or later, bonk. Bonk = an endurance sport term that means, “hit the wall.” A total depletion of the energy required to continue.
