Stop. How are you sitting or standing right now?
How would you sit or stand if you were being the very best version of yourself? Move your body so you are actually sitting or standing like the best version of yourself. If you’re having a hard time imagining what that posture would be, then imagine you’re some kind of caricature of the big boss. Take up lots of room with your body. Exaggerate the posture. Now, simply hold that posture for two minutes. Don’t do any mental pep-talking or affirmations. Simply change your physiology.
